Job Summary
Entry-level IT Support Specialist that ensures smooth day-to-day operations of Bank IT systems. Provides technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems and guiding users through basic IT procedures. Delivers timely and effective support to employees with a customer service mindset and excellent communication skills fostering a positive user experience across the organization.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Position prefers AAS degree in computer related field or a combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position. Experience may substitute for education. Experience working in a banking environment desirable.
Critical Skills: Knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users. Understanding of installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment. Analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions. Prefer a knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble personal computer components, including cabling.
